If your scooter is not charging, it may be for one of the following reasons:
The charger is not compatible with your scooter.
Your battery is damaged due to the limited life of lithium batteries. If your battery has been used for more than 12 months or has not been used for 2-3 months, your battery may be damaged.
If the green light is on when you plug in the charger, but when you connect the scooter, the green light does not turn red but stays on and the charger does not work. This is because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of our charger do not match the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of your scooter and your scooter has no power, you can try to connect the charger to your scooter from a different connector.
If the green light is on when you plug in the charger, but goes off when you connect the scooter, it’s because the internal short circuit of the scooter has caused the self-protection function of the charger to fail, you’d better check the scooter battery and replace it.
Don’t use for Lead Acid battery.
